per Team, plus $10.00 for Beans. Teams can pick one or more categories and

Cook them on site. (All three meats must be cooked to qualify for Grand Champion.)

Completed Entry Form and Entry Fee should be submitted by Monday,

April 12, 2010, to American Legion Post 521, 2221 Preston Rd., Pasadena, TX 77503.

Cooking teams will be assign locations by the Host Post 521 on a first come,

first served basis after 5:00 pm on Thursday, April 15, 2010. Space is limited.

Prizes: 1^st and 2^nd Place Trophies, 3^rd Place Plaques, each meat category, plus Grand Champion and Peoples’ Choice Trophy. Cash Prizes for 1^st and 2^nd Place Brisket, Ribs, Chicken, and Grand Champion. Beans: 1^st place 75% of intake. Raffle and Auction

at time of awards. A non-sanctioned Junior Chili Cook-Off will also be conducted.
